How do I set up my Bamboo Fountain?urSoulMantra's Bamboo Fountains come as plug and play model and don't need any installation as such. Just check following 1) Motor pump is connect to the water pipe and is fully submerged in water. 2) Do not start the fountain without water as it will damage the pump. 3) For Mini fountains that come without base bowl, you need to use a suitable base bowl at least 4 inch deep. 4) Model specific instructions are covered in their respective product pages.

Are there different types of Bamboo Fountains?Yes, we offer three types: Mini Zen Fountains: Ideal for both indoor and outdoor use, they come without a base bowl. Coco ZenBowl Indoor Fountains: These have in-built water bowls made of bamboo or coconut shell. Artisan Bamboo Fountains: Featuring Water wheels / Shishi-odoshi types, perfect for outdoor spaces and Zen Oasis / Wall Hanging ideal for your living room

How much sound does the Bamboo Fountain produce?The sound is subtle and depends on the height of the water fountain. Indoor fountains produce less sound due to less height, this is done to minimise spillage. Outdoor foutains where waters falls from a height produce both sound and spillage.

How do I maintain my Bamboo Fountain?Regular cleaning, drying, and polishing (at least once every 6 months) are recommended. Use local varnish for longevity and shine. Cleaning is simple. Regularly remove any debris and algae from the water basin. For a more thorough clean, empty the water, wipe the basin, and refill.
