  • Handcrafted Products (e.g., Zen Gardens, Bamboo Fountains): Returns are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or defective. For any issues, we offer repair or replacement services. If a return is requested, the shipping cost for both sending and returning the product must be borne by the customer.

  • Personal Use Items (e.g., Self-care Kits, Herbal Teas, Body Oils): Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or defective.

2.2 Return Process
If your product qualifies for a return or replacement:

  • Provide clear photos of the issue (e.g., damages or defects).

Personal Use Items: For damaged product, customer may claim refunds or replacement.
